The Suites...

All suites have private jacuzzis and private sitting rooms with refrigerators stocked with soft drinks or juice, microwaves, coffee makers, and coffee and tea. Robes and toiletries are provided for your comfort. All have Direct TV, VCR, and CD player. Private entrances.

Water's Edge (cottage)
Escape into your own world of privacy. A cottage for lovers of all ages. Imagine soaking under the stars in your personal jacuzzi or sinking into the queen feather bed. There is also a mini kitchen, full bath, romantic fireplace and sitting area overlooking the pond. Breakfast is served in the main house or in the privacy of your room. Sleeps up to three. The Pond Suite (large suite)
Huge bedroom with a queen four poster feather bed. Private bath with large sauna. Adjoining room with fireplace and wet bar. The suite opens up to a huge lower deck and your private jacuzzi overlooking the pond. Sleeps up to four. Click here to see photos of this suite.

The Greenhouse Suite (medium suite)
Opens on to its own deck with sunny views of the waterfall and pond on both sides. The glassed in sitting area is a wonderful spot for bird watching or an intimate breakfast. Private bath. Queen four poster bed. Private jacuzzi. Click here to see photos of this suite.

The Cattail Room
Queen size bed and very large private bathroom. View on the pond and the garden, access to the main deck, very private. Breakfast is served on the deck in the dining room. No jacuzzi. Access to the exercise room. Ask for private dinner. Click here to see photos of this suite.

*one week special is only for one week.
If you are reserving for a week or longer, a 50% deposit is required.

Special Package with Dinner:
Escape to the Water's Edge Cottage, Pond Suite or Greenhouse
at the Old Trout Bed and Breakfast.
Two nights including: soft drinks, juice, crackers,
fruits and cheese in room upon arrival; breakfast for two each day;
and dinner for two on one evening.

Pond Suite: $480 plus tax
Water's Edge: $450 plus tax
Greenhouse: $370 plus tax
Cattail: $ 290 plus tax

All rates are double occupancy with full breakfast. Breakfast can be served in the formal dining room, deck overlooking the pond, or in your room. Extra guests are an additional $25 per night. Check in time is 2:00 PM.
Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 PM. We will attempt to satisfy dietary restrictions with prior notification. Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given, less a $25 handling fee, for reservations cancelled with 14 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival. Should you need to cancel any of the reserved dates within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for paying all nights we are unable to re-book. A deposit guarantee for the first night's room and tax charge is required for all reservations. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Sorry, we have no facilities for pets nor is the B&B suitable for young children. Teenagers can be accommodated in all rooms except the Greenhouse. We are a non smoking residence.
